Meet The Team

We only want the best of the best – our staff are dynamic, committed, passionate, optimistic and smart. They question β€˜the norm’, challenge bad practices, strive to learn new information and are not afraid of change. And, we're a diverse, top-tier team of outdoor-loving, adventure-seeking folks who are seriously passionate about empowering young adults who have learning disabilities, are autistic, and/or have other additional support needs (ASN). Think dedicated and always up for a laugh – that's us.

We're big on well-being, mindfulness, and finding innovative solutions, all while making a real difference. We celebrate everyone's unique strengths and genuinely love what we do.
