Kenny is the HR & Operations Manager at Edge Group Scotland, where he plays a vital role in overseeing both the strategic and day-to-day running of the organisation. In his expanded role, Kenny leads on all HR matters while continuing to manage the operational backbone of Edge’s services, ensuring that our team is supported, systems run smoothly, and our work aligns with our mission to support young adults with learning disabilities, who are autistic and/or other additional support needs (ASN).
